  • Participating in customer follow-up and in market research for new customers ;
  • Managing and animating the community around Koosmik on social networks and within the local community ;
  • Participating in the creation and organisation of events in Togo ;
  • Keeping up with the latest trends and best practices ;
  • Helping users and professional customers through the customer support platform ;
  • Improving customer experience by analysing customer feedback.



Required skills

  • Fluent writing and oral skills in French, English will be considered an advantage ;
  • Marketing and communication skills ;
  • Social media skills ;
  • Creative thinking is considered an advantage ;
  • Graphic design skills are considered an advantage ;
  • Start-up minded with an entrepreneurial nature ;
  • Curiosity, autonomy and diligence are fundamental values required to join our team.


Bonus skills
