  • Be the point of interface between Koosmik and users/merchants
  • By working directly with the Country Manager, developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for all lines of Koosmik’s product by analyzing customer insights, consumer trends and market analysis
  • Work directly with the Country Manager and the Ops Manager for establishing the strategy of users and merchants’ acquisition
  • Managing and coordinating marketing and creative staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services, and liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies
  • Work closely with the Country Manager to sustaining the operations by identifying new business and generating new opportunities
  • Becoming the face and the voice of Koosmik through the Community and overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns, also preparing online campaigns and measuring results
  • Following the marketing and branding actions of the points of service and leading actions on the ground
  • Defining and driving global communication (internal & external) on Koosmik with agencies, media & social networks
  • Giving feedback from users and merchants to the Country Manager and technical team the requests to develop new features on Koosmik platform
  • Providing relevant KPIs with accuracy to follow marketing strategy & growth acquisition
  • Work directly with the Country Manager and the Ops Manager to establishing the trainings and demos for customer support team, sales team and users/merchants.
  • Assisting, if necessary (asked by the Country Manager) the recruiting process
  • Representing the core corporate values of Koosmik in your daily work operations.


Absolute Requirements

  • English & French : native or bilingual
  • Institutional or Corporate experience
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Event planning and organization

Nice To Have

  • Prior experience in growth
  • Writing skills or public speaking
  • Entrepreneurship/startup experience
  • Fundraising/Product roadshows
  • Fintech or Inclusive Finance experience
